Processing Time
Please allow 1-3 business days for order processing before your order ships. During new drops, sales, holidays, and high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

 

Shipping Time  
Once shipped, most orders are delivered within 3–7 business days, depending on your location and the shipping carrier.

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, carrier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

 

Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. Fabristry is not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect addresses entered by the customer.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, Fabristry is not responsible for lost, delayed, or stolen packages. If an issue occurs, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly.

Limited Collections
Many Fabristry products are available in limited quantities. Orders are fulfilled while supplies last.
