Eligible Returns
Eligible clothing and accessories may be returned within 14 days of delivery if they are:

- Unused
- Unwashed
- In their original condition
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are final sale:

- Lip liners
- Beauty products
- Opened cosmetic items
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
- The wrong item was sent
- The item arrived damaged
- The item arrived defective
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
